Typically two to three weeks from kickoff to debrief, depending on how quickly we can schedule the interviews. The time we need from you and your team is usually three to five hours in total.
No. The structure is consistent, but every finding, number and recommendation comes from your business — your workflows, your tools, your team. If we can't find enough to justify the fee, we'll tell you on the intro call.
That's exactly how it's written — plain English, sequenced steps, effort estimates and named tools. Many clients need nothing more. If you get stuck, you can book support by the hour or ask us to quote just the tricky items.
Every roadmap item comes with an effort estimate, so implementation is quoted line by line from the report. You choose which items we handle and which you keep in-house, and your report fee is credited against the work.
